Can I come in earlier for my touch up session?
Post cosmetic tattoo, the skin must heal for 4 weeks before the touch up session, you cannot come in earlier. Any issues with healing, shape colour, tattoo over scarring etc will be addressed then at your appointment, Cosmetic tattoo is always completed in two sessions, sometimes 3 sessions if the skin has scarring from previous tattoo or any other circumstance. Please make sure you are 100% happy at the touch up session as there is a charge for an additional (THIRD) session.
Can I bring someone in to the appointment with me?
Only you will be allowed into the treatment room,
if English is your second language and you need an interpreter feel free to bring them to the consultation so you can understand the terms, conditions and the aftercare process. Elderly clients also can bring someone into the consultation part if they are hard of hearing etc.
How do I find you?
The studio is located upstairs, between the barber and supplement shop, sorry unfortunately we do not have wheelchair or pram access.

How do you know what shade and shape to choose?
The shade of brows is determined by your natural hair colour, and Fitzpatrick skin color Aswell, for the lowest maintenance results, however if the client has requests for darker and is willing to upkeep them shades can definitely be customized according to your wishes, we use both organic, inorganic and hybrid pigments available. Lips will be matched closely to the client's natural lip tone and also customized according to their wishes! After drawing up we will digitally determine a symmetrical shape.
Does it hurt?
Brows are very comfortable, anesthesia is used during and most people just fall asleep as it is a 2-3 hour appointment. Lips the area is pre numbed first then anesthesia is used during everyone feels lips differently as it is a sensitive area.
I'm not sure what to book in for..
We will take into consideration, your lifestyle, and skin type, OILY, NORMAL or DRY when choosing the perfect style for you, everything can be customized of course natural or defined.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes a non refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking, deposits are taken to ensure there is a smaller risk of no show appointments, the amount paid at the time of booking is then deducted off your first appointment.
How long will my tattoo last?
Nano Hairstroke brows can last 6 - 18 months depending on your skin type and how well they have been taken care of. Everyone’s skin takes to the pigment differently and results may differ for each individual. Some things that may prolong your results are putting sunscreen on when in the sun and avoiding facial products that are made to strip or peel the skin. If you are having shading in your brows they will last longer than just feather touch again depending on your skin type. Lip tattooing can last anywhere between 2-7 years depending on colour choice/brand line we use. Eyeliner is on for life but black colour will still need to be refreshed every 5 years as black will never stay black. A cosmetic tattoo is a low maintenance procedure, not a no maintenance procedure so to maintain you should come for touch ups when required.
