Cancellation and No Shows

  • Clients are required to give a minimum of 72 hours' notice to reschedule all bookings, the deposit paid can then be used for the rescheduled appointments date.

  • All deposits are strictly Non-Refundable.

  • To cancel you must email and let us know, please do not DM, messages on social media are not regularly monitored.

  • Clients who no show their appointment without contacting will forfeit the deposit paid and will not be invited back.

Policy
 

  • Rudeness or Harassment of staff is not tolerated and will result in an immediate banning of the studio and future bookings.

  • We hold no liability to upkeep future services available to the clients.

  • Pricing is subject to change.
