Cancellation and No Shows

  • Clients are required to give a minimum of 72 hours' notice to reschedule all bookings, the deposit paid can then be used for the rescheduled appointments date.

  • All deposits are strictly Non-Refundable.

  • To cancel you must email and let us know, please do not DM, messages on social media are not regularly monitored.

  • Clients who no show their appointment without contacting will forfeit the deposit paid and be charged full price on the credit card provided during booking and will not be invited back.

Policy
 

  • Rudeness or Harassment of staff is not tolerated and will result in an immediate banning of the studio and future bookings,

  • We hold no liability to upkeep future services available to the clients.

  • In the event of a client wanting a refund, the client must remove the tattoo completely before a partial refund is issued at our Discretion.
